We are pleased to confirm that Wrap Around Care will be available at Poplar Farm School from September. The Breakfast and Afterschool Clubs will be provided on the premises.
We are undertaking the process now and will be able to let you know who our provider will be very soon. As I am sure you will appreciate it is crucial that we have the right checks in place before making this announcement.
It would help us to plan ahead, if you could fill out the expression of interest form below and return it to jacki.bartram@citacademies.co.uk
The information will then be collated and passed onto the provider, who will contact you directly to arrange your child’s sessions, in readiness for September.
